Lean Sigma Programmes

The Lean Sigma Certification Programme is currently available at both Practitioner and Facilitator levels. The programmes will consist of assessment of theory by examination, as well as assessment of practice by portfolio. The portfolio is based on the achievement of certain project milestones by candidates, as defined by the programme requirements at each level. Having completed both modules, students will be awarded a special purpose Lean Sigma Award.

Both courses are available intensively over seven days (spread out over three months) or by night, two nights per week for a full semester. Typically students will complete the Lean Sigma Practitioner module in the first semester and the Lean Sigma Facilitator Module in the second semester. T
